Biografia
Dopo il liceo ho frequentato la facoltà di Ingegneria anche se presto ho capito di non sentirmi nel posto giusto.
Nonostante ciò ho continuato a studiare ma dopo qualche anno ho deciso di lasciare la facoltà . È stato un periodo piuttosto incerto e difficile della mia vita e ho trovato conforto nella mia passione per la lavorazione del legno. Mi sono quindi dedicato alla falegnameria tradizionale e all'ebanisteria (scultura, tornitura, intaglio...) mentre lavoravo come falegname.Un giorno ho sentito un chitarrista classico suonare dal vivo e sono rimasto molto impressionato, mi sono sentito come se qualcosa stesse risonando dentro di me. Mi sono innamorato dello strumento, ho iniziato a suonarlo, e presto mi è sorta un'idea: perché non provare a costruire una chitarra.Ho quindi imparato la bellezza e le sfumature della liuteria tradizionale dal liutaio spagnolo Pablo Requena e ho costruito i miei primi strumenti con risultati apprezzabili.
Alimentato dal mio passato scientifico ho deciso di studiare a fondo il funzionamento e la meccanica della chitarra: i testi di Mario Garrone, Giuseppe Cuzzucoli e Trevor Gore hanno avuto un impatto decisivo sul mio approccio alla liuteria.Successivamente ho progettato il mio personale strumento e dopo aver ricevuto lodi da diversi chitarristi ho deciso di dedicarmi alla costruzione di chitarre come lavoro a tempo pieno.

Mi piace descrivere le mie chitarre come un punto di incontro tra tradizione/intuizione e un approccio scientifico.Il design è tradizionale ma c'è molta ricerca su ogni dettaglio: ogni elemento è progettato per essere il più efficiente possibile, la densità e la rigidità dei materiali vengono sempre analizzate, vengono misurate le frequenze dello strumento nei suoi vari stadi e i risultati vengono annotati durante tutto il processo.Tuttavia non mi affido solamente ai numeri: presto molta attenzione alle sensazioni che mi trasmettono lo strumento e i materiali.Ogni chitarra può essere modificata a seconda delle preferenze del chitarrista.

Identity
After high school i decided to attend engineering university, though i soon realized i didn't feel in the right place.
Nevertheless i kept studying but after some years i decided to leave. It was quite a difficult and uncertain period of my life and i found solace in my long standing passion for woodworking. I dedicated myself to traditional and artistic woodworking like sculpting, carving, turning, and also worked as a carpenter.One day I heard a classical guitarist playing live and I was really impressed, I felt like something was resonating within me: I fell in love with the instrument, started playing it, and soon came up with an idea: I could build a guitar for myself.I learned all the beauty and nuances of traditional building from Pablo Requena's guitar making course and build my first instruments with commendable results.
Fueled by my engineering background I decided to further investigate the mechanics of guitars: the writings of Mario Garrone, Giuseppe Cuzzucoli and Trevor Gore had a significant influence on me.Consequently i designed my own instrument and after receiving praise from various guitarists I decided to pursue guitar making as a full time career.
Classical Guitars
I consider my guitars as a meeting point between tradition / intuition and a scientific approach.The design is traditional and there is a lot of attention on every element: each one is designed to be as efficient as possible, the density and stiffness of materials is always taken into account, frequencies are measured and notes are taken.
However I don't rely entirely on numbers, I still pay much attention on what I feel.
Each guitar can be adjusted according to the player preference.

"This is a traditional construction guitar, but it already features the innovated fan bracing system designed by Raoul Aldrovandi and currently in use for all his fan braced guitars. This is the first Ambra model, with a construction specifically dedicated to the solid cedar top. The result is a very balanced instrument, powerful, with deep basses and clear trebles. Excellent tone separation.
This instrument was used as a demo guitar for clients, therefore it is available at a convenient price. It will be restored to like-new condition upon purchase.
